All Slices contain dairy and gluten.

All slices may also contain soy, wheat, egg, coconut, tree nuts and peanuts. 

We use Whittaker's milk chocolate as our topping.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds.

Our caramel slices are all baked to order, we cannot be held responsible for how they are transported and delivered once they leave our store.

We ship our caramel slices through Australia Post. If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place or take it to the nearest post office. All orders are safely packaged in a sealed mailer bag for delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.  

It is the responsibility of the receiver to nominate an address that is:
a) attended upon delivery; or
b) if the premises are unattended, the receiver assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery.

If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe
place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays.

We do not offer pickup options.
